Recipe for pancakes with milk and apples

Here is a simple and delicious recipe for pancakes with milk and apples:

Ingredients:

1 egg
1 cup of milk
1.5 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder (baking soda)
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 apples
Baking powder (optional)
A variety of gravies, honey or sugar to serve (optional)
Preheated vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

Preparation of ingredients: Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them into small cubes.

Preparation of the dough: In a deep bowl, beat the egg. Add milk, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix well until you get a homogeneous dough without lumps.
